Starr Foster/Dance Project, formed under the direction of Starrene Foster, is a gifted and powerful group of performers, as well as teachers and choreographers.  The Project was formed not only as a performing troupe, but a group that educates and enlightens the general public, young and old, through instructional workshops and lectures about dance, the performing arts and other creative dramatics.  The Starr Foster/Dance Project also sponsors special events and provides public performances, which allow other artists, performers and choreographers the advantage to produce and premiere work.
